Rules of Conduct in Chat and Other Avelon Resources

Chat and Resource Rules

1.1 Prohibited messages containing profanity (applies to general chats);

1.2 Prohibited insults and provocative statements that may provoke conflicts between players (applies to general chats);

1.3 Prohibited sending 3 or more similar messages simultaneously, thereby spamming general chats (applies to general chats);

1.4 Prohibited inciting inter-ethnic hatred, promoting actions aimed at stirring up enmity, hatred, humiliation of dignity and honor based on nationality, religious, cultural, ideological, and gender characteristics. Political debates are also prohibited (applies to general chats);

1.5 Prohibited propaganda of any kind of narcotic and psychotropic substances (applies to general chats);

1.6 Prohibited distribution of malicious, advertising, and suspicious links. Exceptions are YouTube and Twitch domains, as well as all Avelon resources (applies to all chats);

1.7 Prohibited attempts to misinform and discredit Avelon resources (applies to all chats);

1.8 Prohibited discussion or promotion of third-party servers/resources in any form (applies to all chats);

1.9 Prohibited insults or presenting in a negative of players' relatives (applies to general chats);

1.10 Prohibited distribution of confidential player information, such as social media links, phone numbers, and other data that may facilitate identity identification (applies to all chats);

1.11 Prohibited attempts to provoke players to violate project rules (applies to all chats);

1.12 Prohibited sending messages about leaving the project (applies to general chats);

1.13 Prohibited public distribution of items. Exception: Avelon bloggers and streamers are exempt from this rule (applies to general chats);

1.14 Prohibited impersonation of administration or misinformation about direct collaboration with Avelon staff (applies to all chats);

1.15 Prohibited messages of an indecent nature (applies to general chats); 1.16 Prohibited posting referral links more than once in 24 hours, including circumventing this restriction. Also prohibited is sending referral links in topics published by other authors and/or publishing links in sections unrelated to free communication between users. Publication is allowed in the "Free Section" (applies to the forum); sending referral links in chat (applies to general chats);

1.17 Prohibited sending links to streams and/or videos more than once in 5 minutes (applies to general chats); Note: This rule also restricts circumventing the restriction by sending links to streams and/or videos by different players.

1.18 Prohibited sending messages about recruiting for clans that transition to another project.

Penalty for violating these rules: Chat or account block from 15 minutes to an unlimited period.

Nickname Rules on Avelon Resources

2.1 Prohibited creation of nicknames containing incitement of inter-ethnic hatred, negative references to nationality, insults or threats to persons of any sexual orientation;

2.2 Prohibited use of nicknames containing references to or full copies of Avelon team members' nicknames. Also prohibited is creating nicknames referencing specific roles in the Avelon team;

2.3 Prohibited use of nicknames containing references to child erotica or pornography.

Penalty for violating these rules: Account block until nickname change.

In-Game Values Usage

3.1 Prohibited sale or purchase of in-game values/characters for real money, as well as any machinations with any types of currency or concealment of information about their receipt; Note: This rule also restricts publishing announcements on trading platforms.

3.2 Prohibited exchange between Avelon and third-party servers;

3.3 Prohibited impersonation of another character for fraudulent purposes; 3.4 Prohibited violation of agreement conditions; Note: When filing a complaint about this rule, ensure you have screenshots or videos of the agreed-upon conditions; The following situations are examples of this rule, which restricts any violation of agreement conditions.

Penalty for violating these rules: Account block from 7 days to an unlimited period.

Trade Shop Usage

4.1 Prohibited placement of in-game objects (trade cat, druid pets, character models, and others) to obstruct trade shop operations;

4.2 Prohibited placement of trade shops with misinformation in the name: an item not available for sale; significantly different prices for the same item; also restricted is the sale of identical items at significantly different prices; Note: This rule restricts situations where users are deceived about the item and in other similar situations.

4.3 Prohibited placement of trade shops with offensive messages towards the administration.

Penalty for violating these rules: Account block from 7 days to an unlimited period.

Territory Wars

5.1 Prohibited participation of alt factions in Territorial Wars. For each violation, the faction will be punished by banning the faction itself and the Leader of this faction. If the Leader of the faction was an alt character, then the main character will also be punished by banning for 1/3/7/24 days or indefinitely. The duration of the ban will be determined by the server administration.
