User Agreement

Project Avelon / Online Game Service

This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) regulates the procedure for using the gaming and related online services of the Avelon project (hereinafter referred to as the “Administration”, “Project”, “Server”).

By creating an account and entering the game, you confirm that you have fully read and agree to the terms of this Agreement.

General Provisions

• The Avelon project is operated by Avelon LLP (ТОО «АВЕЛОН МАКС»), a company registered in Kazakhstan (BIN: 240927510593), with its registered office at 43 Gercena st., Saryarkinskiy district, Astana, 010004, Kazakhstan.
• The project provides users with access to its online gaming services under the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
• The project operates independently and is not affiliated with any third-party companies or publishers. All rights to external intellectual property remain with their respective owners.
• The user confirms that he/she has reached the age of 18 or has permission from parents or legal representatives to use the service.

Registration and account

• To access the game, the user must create an account through the User Panel.
• The user agrees to provide accurate data upon registration.
• The user is responsible for the safety of the user ID (username) and password. All actions performed from the account are considered to be performed by its owner.
• Transfer, sale or exchange of accounts is prohibited. In case of loss of access, recovery is possible only with proof of ownership.

Donations and in-game currency

• The project provides the opportunity to make voluntary payments in exchange for in-game bonuses.
• Payments are not a purchase of physical goods. All funds are directed to the development and support of the project.
• All payments are voluntary and do not constitute the purchase of tangible items.
• After making a payment, the player receives bonuses in the form of virtual currency on the User Panel.
• All rewards are digital, non-tangible items, delivered instantly within the project environment once the payment is processed.
• All payments are final and non-refundable, except in cases caused by technical errors on the part of the project or where required by applicable law.
• Attempting to deceive or roll back payments may result in account blocking without refund.
• Payments do not provide immunity from account blocking, and the account can be disabled for violation of the rules without compensation of funds.

Server operation

• The project administration is not responsible for possible failures, shutdowns, loss of data or availability of the game service.
• The administration reserves the right to:
  • make changes to the balance and mechanics of the game,
  • remove, replace or modify in-game items,
  • temporarily or completely roll back game actions in case of critical failures,
  • suspend or close the project without prior notice.
• Payments made before the project was closed or frozen are non-refundable.

Feedback and support

• Communication with the administration is carried out through the project's Discord server or by email at [email protected].
• The administration reserves the right to ignore requests containing threats, obscene language, spam or destructive behavior.

Changes to terms and conditions

• The Administration has the right to update the terms of this Agreement at any time.
• The new version comes into force from the moment of publication on the site. Continued use of the service after the changes is considered consent to them.
